Trailer-Mounted, Transportable Safety Shower for Hazardous Areas

This revolutionary safety shower is designed and built for use in areas with Class 1 Division 2 Hazardous Area designation. It is made from sturdy materials and manufactured to provide many years of trouble-free use for mobile applications where there is no potable water source. When used properly, this innovative product provides a safety shower that is fully compliant with ANSI Z358.1 (2014) Standards for safety showers and eyewashes. This Pneumatic/Electric model includes an effective Class 1 Division 2-rated electric immersion heater to maintain the temperature of the water in the tank above the ANSI minimum temperature of 15.6°C (60°F). Water pressure is provided by a Class 1 Division 2-rated pneumatic water pump and powered by compressed gas, such as Nitrogen, which is readily available and inexpensive. The compressed gas is stored in a K or N-type cylinder (not included). The cylinder is mounted on the included cylinder bracket, which is welded to the trailer frame. The unit comes with an integrated eyewash. It includes stabilizing, drop & lock legs to provide additional stability during use.
